Paul Kapp
My name is Paul Kapp and I’m one of the co-founders of InVertex Group based in Princeton, New Jersey. For most people, bridging the gap between the business community and funding sources doesn’t sound very interesting. For me, it is a passion I’ve been chasing for over 20 years.
I’ve been involved in the whole spectrum of business activities: negotiating supply contracts and overseeing operational management; facilitating the sale of companies; handling crisis and turnaround processes for troubled companies. I’m the majority shareholder in a managed services technology company and the CFO and major shareholder of a pharma startup. But it’s funding that motivates me — helping businesses push past financial limits.
By day, you can find me collaborating with Paul H., helping clients build loan packages or modeling financial statements. By night and/or weekend, I’m rock climbing or hiking with my sons or biking with my wife of 25 years.

Will DiSalvatore
As a partner at InVertex Group, it is my role to advise our small to midsize business clients about the practical impact of operational and financial risk management when they seek financing options. That advice coupled with astute strategic planning almost always results in better retained earnings and a balance sheet upon which lenders will invest on favorable terms. Additionally, I assist our team in advising financial institution clients with regulatory issues, internal loan review programs, ERM governance and credit risk management.
With my unique experience as a former partner at a national law firm and most recently over 10 years experience as a Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at a $50B bank, I can provide practical options/solutions for borrowers and financial institutions alike.
Planning ahead, evaluating a company for weaknesses and opportunities, assessing what adjustments need to be made to secure funding and promote growth — all of these things are part of what I love about what I do.
At the office, you’ll find me working with Paul and Paul to make sure our clients are prepared from every business angle. Outside of work, you’ll often find me training for a run for Team Boomer that raises funds for the Boomer Esiason Foundation to fight cystic fibrosis or coaching my local little league baseball team.
